Biography

Born in 1956 in Kayseri, Turkey, he completed his middle and high school education at TED American College.

After graduating from Gazi University's Faculty of Pharmacy in 1979, he worked as a freelance pharmacist in Ankara, Turkey for three years.

In 1982, he founded a company to import advanced technology blood transfusion products from Japan to Turkey, putting an end to what was called the "Blood Needed" announcements.

In 1987, he introduced modern breathalyzers to Turkey, discovered by chance in the UK, to serve Turkish police and drivers.

In 1996, he established the Turkish operations of FMC (Fresenius Medical Care), a global leader in dialysis, contributing to the spread of dialysis clinics across the country and ensuring access to treatment for all chronic kidney failure patients in Turkey.

In 2013, he moved to Ontario, Canada, where he built custom-designed homes, a childhood dream, and won awards in technology and design in this sector.

In 2023, he published his first autobiography book in Turkish, under the title 'Karanlıkta Koşmak' to share the interesting stories and experiences he accumulated throughout his life, receiving numerous positive responses from readers.

In 2024, this autobiography book was published in English, under the title 'Running In The Dark.' This book is reaching readers worldwide and continues to receive positive feedback.

In 2025, he aimed to raise awareness in the global public by writing about the challenges and dramas faced by refugees worldwide. He published his book 'Shadows Across The Line' which tells the life stories he heard during interviews with refugees or their relatives who experienced these challenges.
